DENIECE DIXON [Office Manager ] for 14 years before joining Sherlock was the Office Manager of a major L.J. Hooker franchise and is fully conversant with the day to day operations of a demanding professional office. The integrated Sales Trust Accounting component of the Sherlock System was tested, refined by Deniece and put through its paces in a REAL-world working environment. Trust Accounting is a demanding discipline and a Rent Trust and a Sales Trust are similar but very, very different to manage, both physically and legislatively. SCOT MOXEY [ RentIT developer / Web design ] Scot straight out of University started as a developer for Adams Real Estate software and had worked there for 10 years and 1 year with Sherlock. He continues his development work providing continuity to all his former Adams clients. Scot will build in many new and additional features to RentIT and SOLD products and is keen to work in a bigger team and pickup a broader range of skills and development languages.

MARK WALTERS [ S.O.L.D Installation / Development ] Mark also straight out of University started as a developer / installer for Adams Real Estate software and had worked there for 8 years. He will continue to grow the S.O.L.D. business and continue to expand this products development and is in a good position to know what the clients want as he installs and trains and supports these clients. Mark customise the software for each site, their artwork and their training requirements.

KARL MIKKELSEN [ Web designer] Microsoft Certified Professional, small business computer support and network management, web server management with Windows, Unix and web development which he now specialises in. PHP+MySQL / C#, CSS, Java, FLASH are just few of his specialities. Early in his career was Apprentice of the year. With the combination of hardware, Intranet and Internet communications and programming skills are needed to develop the solid business applications in demand these days. Karl also maintains our webservers, email and security systems and is a SQL database design expert. He heads up the Optometry software design area, liasing with Australian, NZ and Indian relationships. In 2008 we will see an 80% increase in traffic as major players all back the Sherlock.ONTRAK optometry system.

RAY PAYNE (based in BRISBANE) has been a licensed Real Estate agent for 11 years who has an extensive IT background and run both Property Management and a Sales office.
