Sherlock Software acquired S.O.L.D. + SOLDSync + RentIT systems including all sourcecode and intellectual property and registered trademarks for these products, 1 Dec 2006. Joining Sherlock Software is SCOTT MOXEY and MARK WALTERS who have been the backbone of these products for 10 years in both concept, design, installation and support. We are excited about the synergy and the meeting of the minds as the wealth of experience these two have is second to none. This gives Sherlock three Trust Accounting systems [ Sherlock, RentIT and SOLD ] which allow us to segment these to specific markets and feature sets. The S.O.L.D system allows us to pickup on the conversion of TOPPRODUCER clients who Sherlock sold over a period of 8 years. With quite a backlash of web based systems now being removed and clients looking for a total solution instead of 20% of a solution, SOLDs future is very bright. A quick ring around to existing Sherlock clients resulted in 10 S.O.L.D. systems orders straight up.
