To effectively use staff better it is common in some Real Estate offices for the 'Receipting person" to also enter Repairs or enter "Water Invoices". In other systems you have multiple screens open or jump all over the place. Using the Sherlock System the same person could be issuing receipts and also click on the Maintenance tab to also 'invoice for water and outgoings' or enter tenant or Owner notes.
You can even produce the Water invoices as well. The operator can also produce Tenant Statements by right-clicking the Mouse button. Invaluable to get this information efficiently and promptly.
