You can even auto receipt using "RentalzDEFT" technology which creates the bank transmission file and then 'automatically' prints the receipt and can email the tenants receipt. You can issue SALE DEPOSIT receipts and Create HOLIDAY booking receipts... You can even select REVERSE a receipt and a new receipt to reverse another receipt is issued. By using Macquarie DEFT or COSMO card or RENTCARD you can import 'tenant payment' files and then auto-receipt the information.. .which means the data is already entered for you and ready to proceed. That is right you can auto print say 100+ receipts at the press of one button. You can print the receipts as 3 to a page DOT MATRIX or 2 to the same page (Original + Copy) on a Laser or InkJet printer. If your Tenant has supplied and Email address and they are set to receive Email receipts a PDF receipt will be produced and dispatched.
