Has it happened to you?. You have created the ABA transmission file and then completed the End of Month or Mid Month and you have lost or damaged the EFT disk. Wow.. what a dilemma, what do I do next. On other systems you have to restore your data and then re-create it again.. What a nightmare !! Sherlock allows you to recreate at anytime your Owner / Creditor payment / ABA files.. even if you have create even more since the one you want to replace. You may even have rolled over your End of Month and discovered that one of the EFT's last month was not sent. It is all easy to fix and you simply select from a list the EFT#'s you have created previously and the Report and Disk / File is reproduced ready to send through to the bank. The hours this has saved companies is amazing and they are delighted the program has this design feature.
